3. AI & Coaching Features

Any AI-generated or automated coaching:

• Is informational only
• May be inaccurate or incomplete
• Should not be relied upon as professional guidance

4. SMS & Communication Features

If enabled:

• You consent to receive messages
• You are responsible for any carrier fees
• You may opt out at any time

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security
• All activity under your account

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• Terms are violated
• Abuse or misuse is detected

7. Account Deletion

• Permanent
• Irreversible

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Injuries or damages from use of the app
• Loss of data
• Service interruptions
