Teams need Basic at $3.99 a month, and a friend who accepts your team invite gets Basic free for 30 days, once per person. Premium, $12.99 a month, adds your own AI coach. Yes. Each buddy installs CountAble on their own iPhone and joins your team with the one-time code you send them from your own Messages. The code is good for 14 days.
Yes. Each person picks their own activity and weekly number. One buddy can count miles while another counts push-ups.

No. A wager is a line on your team's board. CountAble never holds or moves money, and your team makes good on what it agreed by itself.
Through Apple Health. CountAble reads the workouts your Apple Watch (or any app that writes to Apple Health) records, such as time, distance and heart rate. A weekly activity can be counted from the watch: miles run, miles biked, miles walked, steps, workout minutes, or minutes in a heart-rate zone. CountAble never writes to Apple Health.
No. The coach on Premium, THE COACHINATOR, is an AI. It drafts weekly plans around you, and a plan is saved only when you approve it. It is not a doctor and nothing it says is medical advice. If a message sounds like an emergency, it stops coaching and points you to 911 or 988.
With your mobile number. Type it in, tap TEXT ME A CODE, and enter the 6-digit code. There is no password and no email sign-in. US and Canadian mobile numbers only.
